with all the advantages of a prefabricated product.
Technical know-how, quality workmanship and materials and a passion for the construction and installation of our bathrooms has allowed us to confirm our success on the national and international market.
02 / THE ADVANTAGES
Guaranteed product quality
Designs and solutions made to order
Simplified on-site construction
A single partner responsible for the entire project
Definite delivery and installation timetables
Tested and certified Products
03 / PROGETTAZIONE
The prefabricated units are delivered complete with plumbing and electrical systems, sanitary facilities,
claddings and all the accessories required.
Once mounted on site it only needs to be connected to the central systems, the water and waste water facilities
and the mains electricity. In comparison with traditional bathroom construction the on-site bathroom installation is simplified, both because the bathrooms arrive in “turn-key” condition on the build site, and because all the problems relative to the construction (design, project management, supply of materials, organisation of the different work teams, waste production and disposal, theft, damage etc.) no longer have any direct effect on the organisation at the build site.
The on-site intervention is only needed for the installation of the prefabricated bathroom units.
Helite interprets and solves all the aesthetic and structural problems, dealing directly with:
Analysis of your requests
Development of your ideas
Realization of the project together
The assembly of the components of the structure occurs with welded connections, which bind, with absolute rigidity, the base, the walls and the ceiling, forming a stable three-dimensional structure, also suitable for different geometric configurations, for any type of bathroom and for any requirement.
The self-supporting structure consists of a frame in hot-dipped galvanized steel, made by wire bonding. To it are connected the vertical uprights and also the horizontal guides, which will serve as support to the plasterboards. The base is made of vibrated and reinforced concrete with steel mesh.
The walls and ceiling are insulated acoustically, by entering, in all the empty spaces during the construction phase, special thermo-acoustic insulation mats made of glass wool, ISOVER type with a thickness of 45 mm.
The walls of the bath cell are obtained with the combination of gypsum plasterboards, fixed inside and outside the perimeter structure made of tubular steel, forming a perfectly even surface, with high mechanical strength and suitable for the subsequent tile cladding.
